It doesn’t matter if you like it or not, people form an impression about you within the first 3 minutes of meeting you. 

Sadly, many of these impressions are completely wrong!

The person meeting you or your team member just has an ‘impression’  – and 9 times out of 10, it doesn’t match the actual personality of you or your team member…
 
Like we’ve said, we may not like it – but its critical that you work on your first impressions. You CAN change the way people you perceive you.
 
Particularly when you understand the Rule of 3.
