The Podiatry Business Success Loop
It’s like the decision you make when you decide to get fit.
You’re passionate about the change you’re about to have. You prep your running or gym gear the night before. Lay out your running shoes and socks.
Your alarm goes off at 5:45am; you’re up and out the door for your first jog/walk/run/stretch in over 12 months.
The next morning in bed when that alarm goes off? … You roll over and tell yourself I did that yesterday. I’ll do it again tomorrow. No need to do it every morning – right?
Wrong.

As a Podiatry practice owner, you create your business success by working around what you might call a
‘Success Loop’
The first step in the Success Loop is to create a thought, then use the emotional response (either positive or negative) to drive an action. Remember … logic makes you think – emotion makes you act.
Being driven to success is one thing. The key is to creat ongoin momentum by action.
The Six Stages of the Success Loop: Thought – Emotion – Action – Habit – Success – Reflect.
Creating the habit is the hard part.
If you want to change something on the business side of your practice for the better, make sure you practice it for at least 3 weeks – just as you would if you were training to get fit.
Self-awareness is vital. We create our lives out of action and inaction.
