What attracted you to Podiatry?
The opportunity and challenge of being a professional.
Studying exercise science and working in footwear seeing feet and orthotics on my weekends opened me up to the idea of further study.
What‘s the funniest thing that’s happened to you in the clinic?
My first private patient was a female exotic dancer who went by the stage name – Heidi Dollar – it doesn’t get much better than that and probably never will!
What are your interests outside Podiatry?
Getting outdoors in the sun, for some surfing, paddling, riding/running, touch football and golf. To relax I enjoy reading biographies, watching movies/TV series and sleeping.
Share what you love about your family, pet/s or hobbies?
I love my parents more than they know.
I have a long distance relationship which is at times difficult but very rewarding.
My hobby at the moment is the business side of the practice so I can have a work/life balance that allows me to do the things I want to do now not in 20yrs.
