Wanting to help keep people stay moving longer.
What’s driving your passion to be a Podiatry business owner and how will you pass this on, into your business and practice culture?
The passion to educate the community and the reward of helping patient move more freely is a reward in it’s self.
What are the largest business challenges facing you right now?
Being a new business owner and trying to keep up with my work load of treating patients
What are the 3 worst things you have seen in Podiatry?
- Poor management of patient care and understanding.
- Poor choice of footwear for patients.
- Patient wearing the left orthotic in the right shoe and right in left.
What are the 3 best things you have seen in Podiatry?
- Saving a patient life and referring them to the hospital, for irregular heart beat that was the beginnings of heart attack
- The smile on a patient’s face when they are pain free, for the first time in a long time.
- The joy on people’s faces after their treatments.
Other than being a fabulous Podiatrist, what do you do outside of Podiatry?
I am a Rotarian with the rotary club of Kingaroy (i enjoy serving the community), reading, relaxing and socialising with family and friends.
