Troy Parsons
Troy is an experienced allied health business owner and leader, having purchased his first practice in 2004 and grown it into one of Australia’s leading allied health centres.
As Managing Director of Optimise Health in Toowoomba, Queensland, Troy has led the development of a high-performing, clinically progressive organisation focused on consistent patient outcomes and sustainable practice operations. His work has been grounded in long-term ownership, real-world leadership, and the practical challenges of building and leading a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
In 2013, Troy was one of the founding directors of The Hive, bringing his experience as a clinic owner to support other private practice leaders in strengthening their businesses, teams, and systems. He remains committed to raising the standard of leadership and performance across the allied health sector.
Blake Sergeant
Blake leads the team in the UK and has worked with thousands of private healthcare practices since The HIVE came to the UK in 2015.
With a long list of coaching qualifications including a diploma from Cambridge University, Blake is not only highly qualified but has a list of clients success stories so long that it would make any practice owner want to join The HIVE to learn from and be guided by him.
His mission is to help people to live their potential. He believes that building an extraordinary practice leads to living an extraordinary life and that’s what drives his desire to help the unsung champions who work in healthcare.
Brian Fitzpatrick
Brian began his journey as a personal development educator over 30 years ago when he started working with young people with disabilities. It was a great foundation for developing a sense of tolerance and being able to value the difference in others. As principal coach at his private consulting business, Headspace, Brian assists businesses in a variety of industries and government departments to develop sustainable communication and relationship frameworks to enhance end enrich the client experience.
He also works with national teams, state sports academies and professional sporting organisations, including the Kookaburras … the Australian men’s hockey team.
At The HIVE, Brian works with practice owners and their teams to develop a culture of high-performance and improve their “soft skills”.
