We’ll look specifically at how you should present yourself online, and how you can connect with both both new and existing patients in the online space.

- What can we learn from other industries where disruptive change has flipped existing models 180 degrees
- How will we communicate with other health practitioners
- The power of data to enable a creative and adaptive decision making process
- How will technology change delivery of health services, and
- What kind of thinking is required to capitalise on the new opportunities
