1. The Marketing Workshop – 7.45am-8.45am (Hospitality Suite 4)

From Prospect to Patient How to get more new patients from your website and other online channels

We’ll look specifically at how you should present yourself online, and how you can connect with both both new and existing patients in the online space.

Join Jono Heath, Podiatry Hive CEO, to learn how to:

  • Increase the number of interested new patients to your practice website.
  • Frame your online communication in a way which solves your patient’s problems.
  • Increase the number of incoming calls from your website, as well as the percentage who actually book an appointment.

2. The Future Of Podiatry- 10am-1pm (Hospitality Suite 4)

In these sessions, Troy Parsons will’be joined by Carol Mioduchowski from Barwon Health, and Steve Whittington from CorePlus and they will explore:

  • What can we learn from other industries where disruptive change has flipped existing models 180 degrees
  • How will we communicate with other health practitioners
  • The power of data to enable a creative and adaptive decision making process
  • How will technology change delivery of health services, and
  • What kind of thinking is required to capitalise on the new opportunities
