WELCOME TO Optimise Health

Our “Induction Journey” training has been designed to introduce you to the all the most important aspects of becoming a valuable team member here at the practice.

You should aim to start the training during the first week of your employment.
The first section will give you a broad overview about our company culture, and you should complete the first section within the first 2 weeks.

Depending on your workload, scope of practice and previous experience, the entire induction journey may take you between 3-6 months.
