We are having our second whole team monthly meeting on Wednesday. I shall take Greg’s template to use and I will be starting with My WHY? Lyndon is away on another course so I will be leading my first team meeting!
So good to have all of this management information to hand.
Bish Jones
Hi Bish, well done on taking this forward, how did you go? Don’t feel like everything has to be perfect, it doesn’t! Main thing here is the process and you are communicating with your team. The polish comes later so stick with it.
Congratulations on taking the first step.
Cheers
Greg
