Mastermind Workshops
These 2 day workshops are included for all current Hive Mastermind clients and a “plus-1” (ie. practice manager etc)
Agenda
Day 1 is presented by a subject matter specialist, on a theme related to 6Ms of practice mastery – see below for the next workshop specifics
On day 2, you work through the ‘mastermind’ process with your peers and business coach – i.e. your board of directors.
This includes the ‘hotseat’ where you flesh out solutions to your most pressing challenge, and pitching back your next quarter plan.

Additionally, we may selectively invite past clients and Hive VIPs to attend and tickets can be purchased at the bottom of this page for the next workshop coming up.

The Practice Optimisation Workshop
The purpose of this workshop is for you to develop a specific plan to OPTIMISE everything you currently have going on in your existing practice.
Over the past 12 months, Troy’s practice has experienced it’s best year ever through keeping focus on doing the small things consistently and well.
