What’s Autopilot?
A combination done-with-you / done-for-you program in which Podio (a customisable work management app) is set up to manage all the practice workflows, training, meetings and documented processes and policies.
It includes:
- Strategic planning, custom design and set-up of the Podio workspace
- Roll out of a comprehensive operations manual with over 150allied health specific process and policy templates
- 1-1 team training and onboarding into Podio
- Monthly 1-1 strategic systems training
Our office will close on 22 December 2018
and reopen on 7 January 2019.
Mastermind 2019
We’re Changing Things Up a little in 2019…
One of the key problems for people in attending Mastermind live workshops is travel – Being able to take the time off and make it to the events in person.
So we are going to be trialling a virtual Mastermind Workshop in Q4 of 2019.
