9 Steps To Optimise Your Day

Ever gotten to the end of the day and wondered just what it is you got done today? I know I feel that way often.

Or well, I should say I used to…

I was THE master at being busy. This however, resulted in me reflecting at the end of the day and not being able to pin point what I had actually done. All Day.
Have you ever experienced this feeling?

As Alfred A. Montapert, American Author and Philosopher, said; Don’t confuse motion and progress. A rocking horse keeps moving but does not make any progress.?

The thing is, this non-productivity had to stop if I was actually going to accomplish anything.

And, look, it took a while … however, I now practice 9 steps which have improved (optimised) my time management 100% … I follow these as much as possible during my week.

And, hey I’m not perfect … this discipline has taken some time. It didn’t happen overnight?
