Alignment occurs when a team, from top management down to new recruits, are all heading in the same direction in relation to where the business is heading.
When your team is aligned and all on the same page, some magic can really happen. With everyone working with purpose towards the same goals and with a shared vision, you will naturally have an engaged and happy team.
An aligned team is a better, stronger team.
In this presentation:
- We take a look at what happens when your team is NOT ALIGNED. There are certain characteristics that are easily recognisable… poor culture, poor work ethic, blame, lack of accountability, people pushing their own agenda…
- This presentation will cover the steps required to run a GREAT TEAM ALIGNMENT SESSION to get everyone back on track and on the same page again.
- You need to give the team context as to WHY you are running a Team Alignment Session.
- Prepare an Agenda and stick to it – what is the outcome you want from the session? And what do you need to do to get there?
- If possible – get the team offsite. Get away from the distractions of the office where hopefully some new thinking can take place.
