2. Enter your username (found in your welcome email – most likely your email address) and click the “Get New Password” button.
3. Check Your Email. You should receive this right away with the subject “[hivepractice.com] Password Reset”. Click the personalised password reset link.
4. Enter a new password and then confirm it. Please make sure you use an original password – we recommend using a password manager like 1password or lastpass.
