BlackBelt Lite
Have you ever felt that you need more accountability (more one-on-one) in order to get the things done that you want to, but your business is not quite at the stage where you’re ready to invest in the Podiatry Hive BlackBelt Mastermind program
In August, you’ll be able to start a 6 module business course called BlackBelt Lite.
BlackBelt Lite is delivered online, but there is a live ‘accountability and implementation intensive’ (coaching session) each month, as well as a brand new learning management system to guide you though the course content.
BlackBelt Mastermind – December 2016 Workshop Day 1 Tickets Available.
In the BlackBelt Mastermind program both in Australia and the UK,we’ve been working to introduce extremely accomplished presenters for Day 1 of the workshops.
In the UK, BBM members have in June, hadLiz Hancock present on ‘Self Awareness, Communication & Relationships AtWork’ , and in Australia we introduced Josie Thomson with a workshop, ‘The Neuroscience of Resilience’.
We are continuing to bring high quality presenters in the future to our BlackBelt Mastermind Workshops.
The final workshop for 2016, is in Adelaide on December 2 and is titled ‘Predatory Marketing’.
It will be the first time we open a BlackBelt Mastermind Workshop (Day 1 only) for anyPodiatry businessowners interested in purchasing tickets
(NOTE: these tickets are ONLY for Day 1 and are not for the Mastermind program run on Day 2 of the workshop)

During the July training webinar (Wednesday July 20) Brian Fitzpatrick will explain how you can implement the coaching model into your practice to understand more about your leadership style and how you can coach your team members.
